UPDATE: COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
As of March 1, 2022
Although the Ontario Government is lifting mandatory proof of vaccination, we will temporarily continue to require the QR Code Proof of Vaccination (along with valid I.D.) in order to attend the theatre.
The theatre experience has been designed with the safety and comfort of patrons, artists, and staff as the top priority. As we continue to adhere to Public Health and Provincial guidelines we will cautiously proceed in order to fulfill our commitment to offer a safe experience. Please know, that as protocols change and evolve, we will provide updates to our ticket holders.
The following protocols will be in place from February 22 until March 12, throughout the runs of Made in Italy and Pat & Skee.
50% Seating Capacity
We are continuing to restrict the seating capacity in the Mainstage and Norman and Louise Haac Studio theatres to 50% for every performance of Made in Italy and Pat & Skee.
All audience members must wear a mask throughout the performance.
Vaccine Certificate with QR Code required
You must present your enhanced COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate with a QR Code when you come to the theatre. Vaccine receipts without a QR code will not be accepted as valid proof of vaccination.
Note: You can download and print your Vaccine Certificate with a QR Code from the Ontario website at http://covid-19.ontario.ca/get-proof/
The lower lobby bar will be open so that patrons can enjoy food and drink before the show begins. No food and beverage can be consumed in the Mainstage theatre.
Digital Tickets and Programs
We encourage you to have your Theatre Aquarius tickets on your mobile device for entry. QR codes will be available in the lobby to access digital show programs.

We want you to enjoy the show. If you would like more space between your seats and your neighbours, please see the Front of House Manager who will happy to help you. One of our ushers will be happy to introduce you.
