Linda, a former teacher, is passionate about creating high-quality, accessible theatre for family audiences. An accomplished composer and lyricist, she founded the children’s theatre company Stage Kids, which provided free musical theatre education for youth across Toronto and entertained over a million young people and their families. Stage Kids produced Linda’s seventeen original musicals, including Time to Be Me, which did a twelve-week tour sponsored by The Provincial Government. Since then, many of Linda’s musicals have been produced in schools around the world. Her environmental musical, Come Save Today, was produced at the Shubert Theater in New Haven Ct as part of The Summer Academy. Pollyanna the musical was shortlisted for the Best New Musical at the 2016 Tom Hendry Awards for the Playwrights Guild of Canada. Linda was also nominated for a Dora for her show The Player Principle.
