The Recommender Grants for Theatre Creators program is Ontario Arts Council’s third-party recommender program of grants to theatre creators. Under this program, Theatre Aquarius was given the opportunity to recommend professional Ontario-based theatre creators for grants from the OAC to assist theatre creators in developing new work.
Theatre Aquarius is a hub for creative conversation that celebrates possibility, engages community, fosters innovation and ignites future voices. We aim to support artists from or based in the Hamilton/Halton community.
Professional theatre artists who are residents of Ontario and ad hoc groups and collectives composed of a majority of Ontario residents.
