Davinder Malhi is an actor and playwright based in Toronto. Some of his performance credits include: Fifteen Dogs (Segal Centre), Casey and Diana (Soulpepper Theatre/Stratford Festival), rihannaboi95 (Young People’s Theatre), Towards Rebirth (Shakespeare in the Ruff), and Concord Floral (Canadian Stage). Furthermore, he is the co-founder of Saawan Collective, a South-Asian theatre collective focused on developing new plays and creating space for emerging South Asian playwrights. He is currently working on co-developing his first full-length play, choti choti batain (with Saawan Collective and Pleiades Theatre).
