Playwright & Lyricist
Nam Nguyen is a playwright & lyricist of Vietnamese descent from the next city east. Previous music theatre writing work includes A Perfect Bowl of Pho (in collaboration with good ol’ Wilfred Moeschter), which was one of the Toronto Star’s top 10 theatre productions of 2022 and most recently played at Kingston’s Kick & Push Festival, and “CAEZUS” (in collaboration with Chernilo), 1st runner-up for the 2023 Adams Prize at the Toronto Fringe.
