The Irving Zucker Mainstage Auditorium is Aquarius’ primary performance space, complete with professional lighting and sound capability, a fly gallery, and an audience seating capacity of 700. In addition to in-house theatrical productions, past rental productions have included concerts, stand-up comics, lectures, award ceremonies, dance recitals, film shoots and more!

The Norm & Louise Haac Studio Theatre is a versatile “black box” space with room dimensions rivaling our mainstage. Though often used as a rehearsal studio for full-scale theatrical productions, it’s used just as often as a performance & events space for an audience of approximately 100 people, with various seating configurations available. From storytelling events to theatre-for-young-audience productions, countless Fringe festival shows and cabaret nights, the Norm & Louise Haac Studio Theatre is perfect for projects that want to create a performance environment that is both intimate and professional.

The Ron & Donna Patterson Lobby and the Michael & Jane Schwenger Director’s Lounge.
Bright & spacious, sleek and inviting, our Ron & Donna Patterson Lobby spans 5,500 square feet of floor space between two levels, features bar facilities on both floors, and will comfortably hold up to 250 guests.
Whether rented alongside the lobby or on it’s own, the Michael and Jane Schwenger Director’s Lounge is often used as a “VIP” room, and offers approximately 780 square feet of space, with it’s own bar, lounge chairs and restroom, and can comfortably accommodate up to 30 guests.
Uses have included craft fairs, parties, play readings, wedding ceremonies, celebration of life events, dinners, board meetings, and more.
For indie artists or community groups looking for a budget-friendly workspace without specialized audio or lighting elements, the Theatre Aquarius Arts Centre may be the perfect choice. The space is appropriate for workshops, classes, rehearsals, classes, auditions, and small D.I.Y. performances.
