Turning Point Adult Acting
Sep 17, 2026 TO Nov 26, 2026
Everyone has a moment that changed the direction of their life. In Turning Point, students will create an original short solo performance inspired by a personal turning point — whether funny, heartfelt, surprising, or profound.
Over 10 weeks, participants will develop their story through writing, acting, directing, and rehearsal. With guidance from the instructor and feedback from classmates, each student will shape a short one-person show that is authentic, engaging, and uniquely their own.
The term culminates in an informal sharing of original solo pieces created and performed by the class. No previous writing experience is required — just curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to explore your story in a supportive ensemble environment.
